Phil spent 12 years in the U.S. Army — and the discipline, standards, and follow-through he learned there are exactly what he brings to every property he touches.
After his service, he turned his hands to construction, and he found something he genuinely loves: walking into the worst property on the block — the kind most people won’t touch — and leaving it perfect. There’s nothing he enjoys more than a full transformation.
What makes Cedar Valley different is simple. A lot of contractors are in it for the money — the quick turn and burn. Phil isn’t. He doesn’t half-ass the finish, and he doesn’t cut corners where nobody’s looking. He cares about the finished product, because his name is on it.
Today, Cedar Valley Group is proudly family-run, serving homeowners and investors across Las Vegas, Henderson, and North Las Vegas.
